There’s one picture I forgot to post from NYC. I was walking near 33rd and 3rd when I happened upon this:
Apparently, there wasn’t enough parking at the V.A. hospital.
If you look closely, you’ll notice that there’s not one, but twochains on the wheelchair. It’s as if the owner, having been burned once, resolved to be doubly vigilant against those wheelchair black market bastards.
